Parts, Accessories, and Most Units

The shipping and handling charges are based on UPS ground shipments made to locations in the continental United States.

We are capable of shipping product almost anywhere in the world. Shipments to locations outside of the continental United States will have additional shipping and handling charges added to the order. Customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Units (CBV-2455H, CBV-2460, CSV-3090H)

The shipping and handling charges are based on the unit being shipped by truck directly to the continental United States shipping address you provide. The charges are prepaid by Patriot and added to your invoice so that you do not have to pay the driver when your unit is delivered. To prevent damage to your unit, it is shipped on a pallet and should be on the pallet when it is delivered to you. Please note that as soon as the product leaves our dock it becomes your property. Therefore, before signing for the shipment, inspect the product thoroughly and note any damages on the bill of lading. Failure to note damages at the time of delivery will make it difficult for you to file a damage claim with the freight carrier.
