Warranty

All our products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. During your product's warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to you. This assumes the product was used and maintained in accordance with the directions. All of the engines on our products are warranted by the engine manufacturer. If you should experience a problem with the engine, we will try to help resolve any issues. However, the final word on any engine warranty lies with the engine manufacturer.

Return

If you purchase a product factory direct from Patriot Products, Inc. you may return it for a full refund within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied. The purchaser is responsible for the cost to return the products directly to Patriot's facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The products must be free of damage and abuse to receive a refund. The merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton(s). Merchandise not in the original packaging will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.

If you did not purchase your product directly from Patriot, do not return it to this address. Products purchased from other retailers will not be issued a refund by Patriot. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of your return to process your refund.
